Visa and urgent-support timing depends on Vietnam time (GMT+7), Vietnam working days, public holidays, case details, document accuracy, official system availability, and authority processing availability. The Vietnam Immigration processing windows commonly used for visa handling are from 8:00 to 10:30 and from 13:30 to 15:00 (GMT+7), Monday to Friday, excluding Vietnam public holidays.

Processing time starts only after full payment, all required information, acceptable passport/portrait photos, and any requested supporting documents have been received. If information or documents are missing, unclear, unsuitable, or delayed, processing may be placed on hold.

Airport services are private assistance services and may depend on airport operations, flight details, passenger details, service partner capacity, and real-time conditions. Vietnam GoEasy cannot guarantee no waiting, bypass of all lines, airline acceptance, security clearance, immigration clearance, visa approval, entry permission, or any official decision.

Travelers may choose to apply directly through official government channels or arrange airport services through other available channels without using Vietnam GoEasy’s private assistance service.

Working visa sponsor information

Working visa requests require inviting or sponsoring company information in Vietnam, including company name, phone number, and address. Vietnam GoEasy may request additional supporting details if needed, and final decisions remain with the relevant authority.
