Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service before using Vietnam GoEasy. By submitting a request, sending information, or continuing to payment, you confirm that you understand the service scope, your responsibilities, and the limits of private visa and airport assistance.
1. Private assistance service
Vietnam GoEasy provides private Vietnam eVisa, visa support, urgent review guidance, and selected airport assistance services. Vietnam GoEasy is not a government website, immigration authority, visa-issuing body, embassy, consulate, airport authority, or airline.
Travelers may choose to apply directly through official government channels without using Vietnam GoEasy. Vietnam GoEasy’s role is to help customers prepare information, reduce avoidable mistakes, review document readiness, guide the support path, and follow the request according to the selected service.
2. Services covered by these terms
These terms apply to Vietnam GoEasy services including, but not limited to, Vietnam eVisa assistance, urgent eVisa support, Visa on Arrival support where suitable, airport arrival assistance, airport departure assistance, VIP airport assistance, and related add-on services.
Some services are review-first services. This means Vietnam GoEasy may need to review travel details, documents, flight time, airport, passenger count, and service availability before confirming whether a requested path is suitable.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, truthful, and lawful information. This includes passport details, personal details, travel dates, entry and exit ports, nationality, visa history, previous overstays, previous immigration issues, criminal or blacklist-related matters where relevant, flight details, contact details, and any other information requested by support.
Customers must provide clear passport bio page images, valid portrait photos, and any additional documents or explanations requested during review. If information, documents, or photos are missing, unclear, incorrect, or delayed, processing may be paused or delayed.
Customers are responsible for checking email inbox, spam/junk folders, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, or other contact channels used in the order. Vietnam GoEasy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, wrong phone numbers, blocked messages, unread emails, spam filtering, or late customer response.
4. Passport validity and visa-exemption guidance
Visa requirements and exemptions depend on nationality, passport type, trip purpose, length of stay, entry conditions, and official rules. Some travelers may be exempt from visa requirements for a limited stay, while others may need an eVisa or another suitable route.
General visa-exemption notices on Vietnam GoEasy are guidance only. Customers remain responsible for checking whether their passport and trip details meet the applicable conditions. For many Vietnam entry situations, travelers should keep at least six months of passport validity from the intended entry date unless a specific applicable rule allows otherwise.
5. Working visa and sponsoring company information
If the customer selects Working as the travel purpose, Vietnam GoEasy requires the inviting or sponsoring company information in Vietnam, including company name, phone number, and address. This information is required to review and prepare a Working-purpose request.
For Business travel purpose, sponsoring company information may be provided if available, but it is not required at the initial online form stage unless support later requests it for the case.
The Working travel purpose has an additional Vietnam GoEasy service fee compared with Tourist pricing. The amount shown on the fee checker or order form applies before payment confirmation.
6. Nationality pricing and manual quote cases
For Vietnam eVisa Tourist, Business, and Working requests, some nationalities may use standard pricing, some may have visa-exemption guidance, some may require special handling pricing, and some may require manual review before a price can be confirmed.
If a nationality is marked as Request to Book or manual quote, Vietnam GoEasy may allow the customer to submit the request first without immediate online payment. The order may show Quote Pending or Manual Review Required until staff reviews the case. If Vietnam GoEasy can support the case, staff may send a confirmed quote and payment link. Processing does not start until the confirmed quote is accepted, payment is completed, and required information/documents are available.
Special-handling nationality pricing may be updated from time to time. Any temporary price shown on the website is a private service-support price and may be adjusted in future versions before payment confirmation.
7. Special-handling nationality additional information
Some special-handling nationalities may require additional information before Vietnam GoEasy can review or prepare an eVisa support request. This may include religion, other passport history, Vietnamese law/regulation history, emergency contact, occupation/company details, Vietnam stay address, Vietnam phone number, recent travel to Vietnam, and relatives in Vietnam.
If this information is missing, incomplete, or inconsistent, the request may be placed on hold until the customer provides the required details. This additional information requirement applies to Group 3 special-handling nationality cases. Group 4/5 Request to Book/manual quote cases use the basic form and do not complete the full Group 3 extra-information section.
8. Payment, review, and when processing starts
Payment summaries must match the selected service, visa type, processing option, add-ons, and number of applicants. If the payment amount, order details, or service selection does not match the website summary, Vietnam GoEasy may pause processing until the order is verified.
For visa-related services, processing time is counted only after Vietnam GoEasy has received full payment, all required information, valid documents, and acceptable passport/portrait photos. If any required item is missing or unsuitable, the case may be placed on hold until the issue is resolved.
Vietnam GoEasy may send a payment confirmation and a separate processing or review notification. Once staff review, preparation, submission, follow-up, or airport coordination has started, cancellation and refund options may become limited under the Refund Policy.
9. Service availability, Vietnam working time, and authority processing windows
All service timing is based on Vietnam time (GMT+7). Vietnam GoEasy's normal support and processing coordination hours are from 8:15 to 17:30 (GMT+7), Monday to Friday, excluding Vietnam public holidays and special closure periods.
Visa and urgent-support timing may also depend on the receiving or processing time of the relevant authority. The Vietnam Immigration processing windows commonly used for visa handling are from 8:00 to 10:30 and from 13:30 to 15:00 (GMT+7), Monday to Friday, excluding Vietnam public holidays. Requests received outside suitable timing windows may be counted from the next available working window.
Urgent, express, emergency, weekend, and holiday support depends on the case details, document accuracy, time of receipt, authority workload, system availability, public holidays, and service feasibility. Vietnam GoEasy may refuse, pause, or redirect an urgent request if the timing or document condition is not realistic.
The relevant authority may delay, request additional information, or refuse to process a visa-related request without providing a detailed explanation to Vietnam GoEasy or the customer. If additional documents or verification are required, processing may take longer than first expected, and Vietnam GoEasy will notify the customer through the registered contact channel where reasonably possible.
10. Pending, on-hold, or need-more-information status
A request may be placed in pending or on-hold status if the passport photo, portrait photo, travel information, payment confirmation, supporting document, previous-visa information, or other required detail is missing, unclear, inconsistent, or not acceptable for submission.
Vietnam GoEasy may contact the customer multiple times to request corrected photos, missing documents, or additional information. Processing time does not continue normally while the case is waiting for customer response or additional information.
If the customer does not respond after repeated contact attempts, Vietnam GoEasy may continue holding the case for a limited period, provide the available application details when appropriate, or consider the service completed according to the work already performed and the applicable Refund Policy.
11. No approval, timing, boarding, or entry guarantee
Vietnam GoEasy does not have authority to issue visas, approve visa applications, or guarantee visa approval.
Final decisions are made by the relevant authority, airline, airport, or immigration officer.
12. Customer review of issued results
Customers must check any issued visa, eVisa, approval letter, airport service confirmation, or support instruction immediately after receiving it. The customer should compare all details with the passport and travel plan before traveling.
If any error is found, the customer must contact Vietnam GoEasy immediately. If the error is caused by Vietnam GoEasy and reported within the required time window, Vietnam GoEasy will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. If the error is caused by customer-provided or customer-confirmed information, extra fees or a new request may be required.
13. Airport arrival and departure assistance
Airport services may include arrival assistance, departure fast-track guidance, VIP departure assistance, luggage/cart guidance, check-in guidance, airport pickup/dropoff where available, or related add-on support. Availability depends on airport, terminal, flight details, passenger details, timing, operating conditions, and service capacity.
Departure Fast Track and VIP Departure Assistance are different services. Departure Fast Track may start after airline check-in and baggage drop. VIP Departure Assistance may include meeting at the international terminal entrance, luggage/cart support, airline check-in guidance, and continued guidance toward the departure fast-track area where arranged.
14. Changes, cancellation, and refund rules
Cancellation, refund, and change requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Different rules may apply depending on whether the request is unpaid, paid but not started, already under review, already submitted, already issued, waiting for customer response, or related to airport service timing.
Customers should contact support as early as possible if travel dates, flight details, passport details, email address, or service needs change.
15. Communications and consent to contact
By using Vietnam GoEasy, customers consent to Vietnam GoEasy contacting them through email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or other contact details provided in the order, where reasonably necessary to process or support the request.
16. Updates to these terms
Vietnam GoEasy may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version shown on this website applies to new requests submitted after the update. Customers should review the Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer before submitting a request or continuing to payment.
