What is the Working visa option?

The Working visa purpose has an additional 30 USD service fee compared with Tourist. If you choose Working, the Inviting / Sponsoring Company in Vietnam information is required: company name, phone number, and address.

Do I need sponsor company information for Business visa?

For Business visa, sponsor company information is optional. If you have an inviting or sponsoring company in Vietnam, you can add the company name, phone number, and address to help our team review your case more clearly.

Do I need a visa to enter Vietnam?

It depends on your nationality, passport type, travel purpose, arrival port, and length of stay. You can use our Visa Checker to get quick guidance. If your situation is not straightforward, contact support before submitting your request.

Which service option should I choose?

Choose the option based on your travel date, document readiness, and urgency. If your trip is close or your application has a problem, choose an urgent option or contact support so we can review the case before confirming the best path.

What is the difference between eVisa support and Visa on Arrival support?

eVisa support is for preparing and supporting an online Vietnam eVisa request. Visa on Arrival support is a different route that may be relevant only for eligible urgent or special cases. Vietnam GoEasy reviews the situation before confirming whether a VOA route is suitable.

What is the difference between single entry and multiple entry?

Single entry allows one entry into Vietnam during the visa validity period. Multiple entry allows more than one entry during the validity period, if the approved visa type allows it. Choose multiple entry if you plan to leave Vietnam and re-enter during the same trip.

Do children need their own visa?

Usually yes, unless the child is covered by a valid exemption or a specific official rule. Each child with a separate passport should normally be treated as a separate applicant in the order form.

Do I need a visa for Phu Quoc Island?

Some travelers may be eligible for Phu Quoc-specific visa-free entry under certain conditions. However, if you plan to travel beyond Phu Quoc, stay longer than the allowed period, or enter through another route, you may still need a visa. Contact support if you are unsure.

I am Vietnamese overseas. Do I still need a visa?

If you travel with a foreign passport, you may need a visa or may qualify for a visa exemption certificate depending on your background and documents. Vietnam GoEasy can review your travel plan and suggest the appropriate direction, but final rules depend on official authorities.

Should I choose tourism or business purpose?

Choose the purpose that best matches your real trip. Tourism is usually for leisure, family visits, holidays, or short personal travel. Business is usually for meetings, events, market visits, or business-related travel. If you are not sure which purpose fits your situation, contact support before submitting.

Do I need a visa if I only transit through Vietnam?

It depends on your route, airport, passport, whether you leave the transit area, and how long you stay between flights. If you pass immigration, collect baggage, change airports, or stay overnight, a visa may be needed. Contact support if your transit plan is not simple.

What is the difference between eVisa, Visa on Arrival support, and Embassy visa?

An eVisa is an online visa route for eligible travel situations. Visa on Arrival support is a different route that may be used only in suitable urgent or special cases after review. Embassy or consular visa routes may be relevant for cases outside normal eVisa support. Vietnam GoEasy can help you understand which direction may fit your trip.

Do I need an account to use Vietnam GoEasy?

No account is required. You submit your request, receive an order reference, and use that reference with your contact email or phone when communicating with support or checking order status.

Documents and applicant details

What information is required for each applicant?

Each applicant currently provides five main details: full name, passport number, date of birth, nationality, and passport expiry date, plus a passport bio page upload and portrait photo upload.

What documents should I prepare before starting?

Prepare a clear passport bio page, a recent portrait photo, your travel dates, entry and exit ports, and one main contact email / phone for the order. If you have multiple applicants, prepare documents for each traveler.

What are the passport requirements?

Your passport should be valid, readable, and normally valid for at least six months beyond your planned travel date. The passport bio page should show the full page, including photo, personal information, passport number, and machine-readable lines.

What are the photo requirements?

Use a recent portrait photo with a clear face, neutral framing, no heavy shadow, and a plain background where possible. Avoid sunglasses, hats that hide the face, blurry images, screenshots of low quality, or heavily edited photos.

Can I upload a phone photo of my passport?

Yes, as long as it is clear, in color, not cropped, not blurry, and all passport details are readable. If the photo is unclear, support may ask you to upload a better version.

What if I enter the wrong passport number or wrong personal information?

Contact support as soon as possible. Some mistakes may be corrected if found early, while other errors may require a new request. The sooner you notify us, the more options we may have to help.

What if I do not have my hotel address yet?

You may continue if the hotel or address is not available yet. Support may ask you to provide or confirm it later if it becomes necessary for the request.

What if I do not have a flight ticket yet?

You can leave the flight number blank if you have not purchased a ticket yet. If flight details later become important for an urgent case or airport service, support will ask you to provide them.

Do you need my exact arrival date?

Yes, the arrival date is important because the visa validity period depends on the dates submitted. You should choose a date that matches your travel plan as closely as possible.

Can I enter Vietnam before the approved visa start date?

No. You should not enter before the approved validity start date. If your travel date changes earlier, contact support to review what options may be available.

Can I enter Vietnam after the approved visa start date?

Usually, you can enter after the start date as long as the visa is still valid and the entry conditions match your approved visa. You must still leave before the visa expires.

Can I leave Vietnam after the visa expiry date?

No. You should leave Vietnam on or before the visa expiry date. Overstaying can lead to penalties or other complications.

Can I change my entry port after the visa is approved?

For eVisa travel, the entry port should match the approved visa information. If you need to change your port, contact support before travel because a new request may be needed.

Can I enter Vietnam through a different port than the one on my visa?

You should use the entry port shown on your approved visa or entry document. If you need to change your arrival port, contact support before travel because a new request or different handling may be needed.

Do I need to print my eVisa or approval document?

You should keep both a digital copy and a printed copy if possible. Airport staff or airline staff may ask to see your visa or approval document before boarding or on arrival, so having a printed copy can help avoid avoidable delays.

How does urgent eVisa support work?

For urgent cases, Vietnam GoEasy reviews your travel situation and documents before confirming support. We only proceed when your case appears suitable for urgent handling. If a case is not suitable or carries unusual risk, we explain the safer next step early instead of creating false expectations.

When should I choose urgent support?

Choose urgent support when your travel date is close, your previous application is pending too long, you entered incorrect information, or you need faster review and follow-up. If you are unsure, contact support before submitting.

Can Vietnam GoEasy help during weekends or holidays?

Vietnam GoEasy provides support through hotline, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, and other popular chat apps. Availability and outcome may still depend on timing, document quality, and official working conditions.

Do you guarantee visa approval?

Vietnam GoEasy does not issue visas and final decisions are made by official authorities. However, for urgent cases, we review your documents and travel situation before confirming support, and we only proceed when the case appears suitable for urgent handling.

Can you help if my profile is complicated?

We can review cases involving unusual travel history, document concerns, past mistakes, or other special circumstances. If we believe the case is not suitable for urgent processing, we will tell you early instead of treating it like a normal request.

Can you support urgent cases during Vietnamese holidays?

We can still receive and review urgent requests during holidays or peak periods, but timing and availability may be affected by official working conditions, document quality, and case details. If your travel date is close to a holiday, contact support as early as possible.

Payment, order status, and refund

Why do Group 3 special-handling nationalities need extra eVisa information?

Group 3 special-handling nationalities require additional information before review can move forward, such as religion, emergency contact, current occupation, Vietnam stay address, previous Vietnam travel, and Yes/No answers about other passports or Vietnamese law/regulation history. The order form will show this section only when it applies.

What if I do not have a Vietnam phone number or Vietnam address yet?

If you do not have a local Vietnam phone number yet, you may use your current mobile or WhatsApp number if it will work in Vietnam through international roaming. For the Vietnam stay address, you may use the hotel or accommodation address you have booked, or the hotel/address you expect to book if it is not final yet.

What does Request to Book or manual quote mean?

Some nationalities require Vietnam GoEasy to review the case before a price can be confirmed. You can submit the request first, receive an order reference, and check the status later. If support is possible, our team will send a confirmed quote and payment link by email. You can also use the Check Status page with your order reference.

How do I pay after a manual quote is confirmed?

After support confirms the quote, your order status changes to Quote Ready - Payment Pending. You can open the payment link in the email or enter your order reference on the Check Status page, then choose Pay Confirmed Quote. The Payment Summary page will show the confirmed amount.

How is pricing handled for special-handling nationalities?

For the current temporary setup, special-handling nationalities use a 200 USD base service price per applicant, plus the selected processing or urgent surcharge. Some nationalities cannot use automatic pricing and must go through Request to Book/manual quote instead.

When does visa processing time actually start?

Processing time starts only after Vietnam GoEasy has received full payment, all required information, and acceptable passport/portrait photos. If a passport image, portrait photo, payment confirmation, or supporting detail is missing or unsuitable, the case may be placed on hold until the issue is corrected.

What Vietnam time and authority windows should I know?

All timing is based on Vietnam time (GMT+7). Vietnam Immigration processing windows commonly used for visa handling are 8:00–10:30 and 13:30–15:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Vietnam public holidays. Requests outside suitable windows may be counted from the next available working window.

What does pending or need-more-information mean?

It means the request cannot move normally because a photo, passport page, travel detail, supporting document, payment confirmation, or extra explanation needs correction or review. Please reply as soon as possible because normal processing time may pause while the case is waiting for customer response.

How do I know my order has been received?

After you submit the request, the website creates an order reference. Keep this reference because it helps you track the order and communicate with support.

How can I check my order status?

Use the Check Status page and enter your order reference. The public tracking page shows safe status information without exposing passport numbers, uploaded files, payment details, or internal notes.

How will I receive my result?

When a result or document is available, Vietnam GoEasy will send it to the email or contact method connected with your order. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder if you do not see an expected email.

What payment methods are available?

After submitting your request, you will see a payment summary. When online payment is available, you can continue to the payment provider. If online payment is not available for your order, support will provide the safest available payment instructions.

Is online payment secure?

Payment is handled through the selected payment provider rather than by storing card details directly on the website. Always review the payment summary carefully before continuing.

Why was my card or payment not accepted?

Payment can fail because of card restrictions, bank security checks, incorrect billing details, browser issues, or payment provider limitations. Try again, use another payment method if available, or contact support.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have not paid yet, you can simply stop before payment. If payment has already been made, contact support as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on review status, processing status, and service work already performed. If a visa application is refused by the immigration authority, Vietnam GoEasy may offer a special customer-support refund for the amount paid for the affected visa service, with bank, payment, and refund transfer fees deducted from the refund amount.

Will I receive a receipt or confirmation?

You should keep your order reference and any payment confirmation from the payment provider. Vietnam GoEasy support can also help confirm order details when needed.

What if my visa application is refused by the authority?

Authority administrative procedure fees and related filing or processing charges are normally not refunded by the reviewing authority. However, as a special customer-support gesture, Vietnam GoEasy may refund the amount paid for the affected visa service. Bank fees, payment processing fees, refund transfer fees, exchange-rate differences, and third-party charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Airport arrival & departure support

What are the cancellation rules for airport assistance?

Before payment, you may cancel without a cancellation fee. After payment, cancellation at least 72 working hours before the registered airport service time may be reviewed for refund, after deducting payment or third-party costs where applicable. Requests within 72 working hours are normally non-refundable because staff and partner arrangements may already be reserved.

Can I change my flight time after booking airport support?

If you request a change at least 36 working hours before the registered airport service time, Vietnam GoEasy will try to rearrange the service where availability allows. If your flight is delayed or changed by external factors, contact support as early as possible, ideally at least 6 hours before the new service time.

What should I do if I cannot find the airport representative?

Call the support hotline or message the instructed support channel immediately and follow the instructions. If you do not contact Vietnam GoEasy within 2 hours of the registered arrival/service time, the case may be treated as used or no-show and no refund may be available.

Can I add airport support services?

Yes. Depending on availability, you can request selected airport support services such as Arrival Fast Track, Departure Fast Track, VIP Departure Assistance, or visa-on-arrival support where suitable. Airport Pickup / Dropoff is currently shown as service information only and is not being sold through the public order form.

What is the difference between Arrival Fast Track and Departure Fast Track?

Arrival Fast Track is for travelers arriving in Vietnam. Departure Fast Track is for travelers leaving Vietnam and usually starts after airline check-in and baggage drop. If you simply ask for “airport fast track,” our team may ask whether you need arrival support or departure support before confirming the right path.

What is VIP Departure Assistance?

VIP Departure Assistance is a higher-support departure option. A support representative may meet travelers at the international terminal entrance, help with luggage/cart coordination, guide them to airline check-in, and then continue support toward the departure fast-track area where available.

Who should consider Arrival Fast Track?

Arrival Fast Track may be helpful for first-time visitors, families with children, elderly travelers, business travelers, travelers with tight schedules, or anyone who wants a smoother arrival experience at the airport.

Who should consider departure airport assistance?

Departure assistance may be helpful for senior travelers, families, VIP/business guests, travelers with multiple bags, or travelers who want clearer guidance when leaving Vietnam through an international terminal.

Can staff help with airline check-in and luggage?

For basic Departure Fast Track, support usually starts after airline check-in and baggage drop. If you need help from the terminal entrance, luggage/cart coordination, and airline check-in guidance, request VIP Departure Assistance instead so support can review availability.

Is priority security screening always available?

No. Priority security screening or higher-priority departure support can depend on airport rules, operating conditions, flight timing, and service availability. Vietnam GoEasy can request or coordinate available support where possible, but cannot guarantee that every airport lane or official step will be available.

What information is needed for departure assistance?

Please provide departure airport, flight date, flight time, airline or flight number if available, number of travelers, whether luggage/check-in help is needed, and any special notes such as elderly travelers, children, many bags, or tight timing.

What information is needed for airport pickup or dropoff?

Airport Pickup / Dropoff is currently paused. When this service is available again, support may ask for arrival or departure airport, date and time, flight number if available, number of travelers, luggage needs, vehicle preference, and hotel or destination address if available.

How can I contact my driver or airport assistant?

After the service is reviewed and confirmed, support will provide the most suitable contact or meeting instructions. If your flight changes, notify support as early as possible.

What documents should I bring to the airport?

Bring your valid passport, approved visa or entry document if applicable, printed or digital copies of important documents, flight details, hotel or contact information, and any documents requested by support.

What if I have a problem at the airport?

Contact Vietnam GoEasy support immediately using the contact method connected with your order. If you have confirmed airport support, follow the meeting instructions and contact details provided by the support team. The exact help available depends on the service confirmed for your case and airport conditions at that time.

How does Vietnam GoEasy protect my information?

We handle traveler details, passport files, and uploaded documents with privacy awareness. Access is limited to support and processing needs connected to the request.
