Step 1: Check fees and choose your visa option

Choose the number of applicants.
Select the visa type and processing time.
Review the estimated total before you start the form.

Step 2: Complete the online form

Enter your travel information, including expected entry and exit dates and ports.
Add each applicant separately with the required passport details.
Upload a clear passport bio page and a valid portrait photo for each applicant.
Add optional airport services such as Arrival Fast Track, Departure Fast Track, VIP Departure Assistance, or airport transfer if needed.

Step 3: Review, confirm, and continue to payment

Review all details carefully before submitting.
Submit the request to create your order reference.
Continue to the payment step shown on the confirmation screen.
Processing starts only after Vietnam GoEasy receives full payment, all required information, and acceptable passport/portrait photos.

Step 4: Watch for review or pending requests

Save your order reference.
Use the Check Status page to check public order status.
Our team may contact you if your photo, passport page, travel detail, or supporting information needs correction.
If your case is waiting for your response, normal processing time may pause until the missing item is received.

Step 5: Receive the result and check it immediately

Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder regularly.
Compare the issued result with your passport and travel plan as soon as you receive it.
If you find any issue, contact Vietnam GoEasy immediately so support can review the next step.

Working visa note

Working purpose requires sponsor company information.

If you choose Working as the travel purpose, please prepare the inviting or sponsoring company information in Vietnam: company name, phone number, and address. Working purpose adds 30 USD compared with Tourist pricing. Business travelers may add this company information if available, but it is optional at the initial form stage.

Special-handling nationality note

Group 3 special-handling nationalities need extra eVisa information before review can move forward.

If your nationality is in Group 3 special-handling, the order form may ask for extra details such as religion, home-country phone number, emergency contact, current occupation/company details, Vietnam stay address and phone, recent Vietnam travel, relatives in Vietnam, and quick Yes/No answers about other passport history or Vietnamese law/regulation history. Request to Book/manual quote nationalities do not use this full special-handling section. They complete the basic form only, then wait for Vietnam GoEasy manual review before any confirmed quote or payment. If a Vietnam phone or stay address is requested and the customer does not yet have a local number/address, a roaming mobile or WhatsApp number and the booked/expected hotel address may be used and updated later if needed.
